The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice upholds the draft law on exclusion of certain provisions from the Law “On amendments to the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code re implementing the Action Plan for liberalization of the EU visa regime for Ukraine”

The bill (Reg. No. 2362a) suggests supplement the new version with clause 8 of the Law “On amendments to the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code re implementing the Action Plan for liberalization of EU visa regime for Ukraine” in order to “avoid duplication of provisions with the current version of article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.”

According to the Committee members, suggested amendments will help eliminate duplication in article 369-2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
